Excellent Survey!

I would first like to say this is an excellent survey. I will give three reasons why it was helpful:
1. It is very well written.
2. Very informative and comprehensive.
3. Includes study questions.
1. IT IS VERY WELL WRITTEN
I've read alot of books; some being very dry, but this is not one of them. What I particularly enjoyed about this book is that it gave a survey of the end-times at a premillinial viewpoint RIGHT AT THE BEGINNING. If you where like me and didn't know alot about the end times and got all confused about the sequence of events and terms this beginning chapter gives a survey of terms and events and then, in the proceeding chapters gives a more in-depth survey of the end time events.
2. VERY IMFORMATIVE AND COMPREHENSIVE
While you read through the book and you're asking yourself different questions about the end-time events Wood anticipates them and addresses them. He doesn't assume that you already know something, he clarifies terms & events, and how it all fit's in to the over-all plan.
3. INCLUDES STUDY QUESTIONS
This was particularly helpful. The end of each chapter includes 19 study questions that add to the value of the book. The questions included are RELIVENT, and help you apprehend, understand, and remember the material.
CONCLUSION
This book does its job for giving an excellent, biblically accurate survey (among many other things) of end-time's events at a premillenial vantage point.

Tremendous Survey of End Time Events--Dispensational

I read this book for a theology class a few years ago and recently went through it again. The book is very well laid out and soundly Scriptural. It is an excellent survey, giving an overall summary at the beginning, and having clearly laid out chapters on all of the "major" events that are to happen during the end times according to the Bible. It also has helpful study questions.
The book has a clear outline and structure, with clearly defined topics in the chapters, and clear headings for issues in the chapters, laid out in an outline format. Answers on most questions concerning the end times are usually easy to find, as this book is a great reference.
Overall I highly recommend this book for a biblical survey of end time events from a dispensational, pre-tribulation rapture, pre-millenial perspective.

this book came within three days, Leon J. Wood is an excellent writer. His writing style brings you into the book, He explains terms and events clearly and understandable. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to study the Book of Revelations.
